We have identified three focus areas towards serving food people trust. Learn more about the goals we have set and our updates for each.
FOOD SAFETY
Continue to serve great tasting and safe foods through rigorous audits and certifications yearly across all our stores, commissaries, and logistics.
Over 11,788 Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition Audits were conducted across stores, and 100% of commissaries and logistics worldwide have completed internal and/or third-party audits.
FOOD QUALITY
Responsibly source key ingredients from suppliers.
We remain committed to advancing the goals established under our Responsible Sourcing Program, which focuses on key categories including poultry & eggs, beef, packaging, palm oil, coffee, and dairy, with the areas of focus on animal welfare, antibiotics, greenhouse gas reduction, and deforestation.

NUTRITION & TRANSPARENCY
Provide customers with a variety of options, by ensuring that our brands offer meal choices that are in line with JFCâs Global Nutritional Criteria, and the World Health Organizationâs dietary guidelines, starting with Jollibee Key markets.
JFCâs Global Nutritional Criteria is measured thru meals that are 750 calories or less. Identified sodium, sugar, and fat reduction initiatives are to be in line with WHO dietary guidelines for adults.
We introduced five meal options under the âMeals under 750 caloriesâ category, available through Jollibee Philippines Website, App, and SOK, in 2024. We are in the process of expanding this effort to other markets.
In 2022, Jollibee Singapore launched a zero-beef burger and won the Vegan Great Taste Award from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Smashburger offered jackfruit-based veggie burger in partnership with Jack & Annieâs at locations in New York, New Jersey and Colorado.

The Jollibee brandâs Responsible Marketing policy has been cascaded across all global regions in 2023, reaching every marketing team.
We do not advertise Jollibee products in any measured media channel where 30% or more of the media audience is under 13 years old. Placements for Jollibee advertising materials exclude child directed programs on TV and digital platforms 46 (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic Advertising Platforms).
The scope will be expanded to include other Jollibee group brands in succeeding years.
