PASAY CITY, Philippines. October 22, 2026. – Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), also known as the Jollibee Group, has been named one of four recipients of the Multi-Year Excellence Award by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), recognizing its sustained excellence in people management and long-standing contributions to advancing people practices in the country.

The recognition was presented during the 50th PMAP Awards Night, held on October 22 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City, as part of the 63rd PMAP Annual Conference.

Among the special Golden Jubilee Awards marking the 50-year history of the PMAP Awards, the Multi-Year Excellence Award honors organizations that have achieved at least three PMAP Awards victories over the years, reflecting a consistent record of people management excellence.

For Jollibee Group, the recognition brings together nearly three decades of achievements in developing talent, supporting employees, and strengthening people management practices.

Nearly three decades of people management recognition

Jollibee Group’s latest distinction builds on three previous PMAP recognitions, beginning with Jollibee Foods Corporation’s first Employer of the Year Award in 1998.

More than two decades later, the company received the Employer of the Year Award again in 2024, recognizing its people management practices and their contribution to organizational performance.

That same year, Jollibee Group Global Chief Human Resources Officer Arsenio Sabado was named PMAP’s People Manager of the Year, recognizing his leadership and contributions to the people management profession.

Together, these three distinctions formed the basis for Jollibee Group’s Multi-Year Excellence Award recognition, highlighting the importance of consistently investing in people across different stages of the company’s growth.

“Being recognized for our people management practices over the years is especially meaningful because it reflects the dedication and contributions of the people who have shaped Jollibee Group into what it is today,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, Global President and CEO of Jollibee Group. “As we continue to grow and pursue our ambitions, we remain committed to building a workplace where our people can make a meaningful impact, realize their full potential, and find opportunities to grow alongside the company.”

Putting people at the heart of growth

The recognition also reflects Jollibee Group’s people-centered approach to business, where employee engagement, professional development, and well-being remain important parts of its organizational culture.

Through its Choose Joy employer value proposition, the Group has emphasized creating a work environment where employees can find fulfillment, develop their capabilities, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success.

As Jollibee Group continues to evolve as a global restaurant company, its people management approach remains an important part of supporting both employee development and business growth.

“Workplace excellence is not a destination, but a commitment to keep getting better. The needs of our employees and our business continue to change, and we have to keep listening, learning, and improving how we support our teams,” said Arsenio Sabado, Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Jollibee Group. “This recognition is encouraging because it acknowledges the work done over many years, but it also reminds us of our responsibility to keep raising the bar for our people.”

The Multi-Year Excellence Award adds to Jollibee Group’s record of people management recognition, reflecting its long-term focus on building a strong workplace culture and helping employees grow as the company pursues its global ambitions.
