Jollibee Group’s Global CHRO Archie Sabado Named Among Southeast Asia’s 100 Most Influential HR Leaders

Manila, Philippines – June 13, 2025 –Jollibee Group’s Global Chief Human Resources Officer Arsenio “Archie” Sabado has been recognized by HRWorld Southeast Asia as one of the Top 100 Most Influential HR Leaders in the region for 2025. The list, compiled as part of the HR Icons 2025 Awards, celebrates human resources professionals whose leadership and impact have helped shape progressive, people-centered workplace cultures across Southeast Asia.

This latest accolade follows Sabado’s recent honor as People Manager of the Year from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), during the same year that Jollibee Group was named Employer of the Year.
