EMPLOYEE WELFARE
Provide all employees with training and development that empowers them to achieve career milestones.
We provided an average of 29.6 training hours per employee. Our employees follow an Individual Development Plan in the Philippines and North America, where each employee goes through development intervention through Exposure, Experience, Environment, or Education.

In 2024, Women represent 54% of senior management positions, and 54% of our global workforce.
In 2021, we had the distinction of being one of just three companies in the Philippines recognized by Forbes as one of the Worldâs Top Female-Friendly Companies.
Provide employment opportunities to vulnerable sectors
Over 400 qualified senior citizens and PWD hired across various cities in the Philippines, in collaboration with Local Government Units.
In 2024, 21 underprivileged youth began on-the-job training at Jollibee, Chowking, and Greenwich stores in Cebu, in collaboration with YouthWorks PH.
FARMERS LIVELIHOOD
Provide farmers with access to training and education.
Since 2008, 4,954 small holder farmers who are part of the Farmer Entrepreneurship Program (FEP) delivering directly to Jollibee Group, as well as other farmers trained by graduates of the Agro-entrepreneurship for Inclusive Value Chains, have been trained to actively participate in agricultural value chains.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Provide food relief and support to communities in need.
15,509,000 meals have been donated thru FoodAID program since 2020.
Jollibee US launched Family Joy Nights, a fundraising initiative that donates 20% of food sales during events to partner organizations.
GOOD GOVERNANCE
Uphold good governance, respect human rights, and exercise ethical practices across the organization
The Jollibee Group Code of Business Ethics (COBE) is cascaded to all new employees during onboarding, with annual reinforcement provided to existing employees to ensure consistent awareness and adherence.
Received the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Award for the third consecutive year (2022, 2023, 2024), recognizing our commitment to good corporate governance and our dedication to upholding responsible business practices.
Received the prestigious 3G Championship Award for Community Development and Philanthropy 2024 at the 9th Global Good Governance (3G) Awards.
